Chewy Junior

When I first saw it, I thought it was just cream puff with various toppings, just like the many donuts shops outside. But when I bite it, it is really really chewy. And yet, because it has the cream puff alike outer layer, it wouldn't be as sickening even if you take a few more, as compared to donuts. The chewy layer is a thin layer in between the cream puff alike outer layer and the cream inside. I wonder what that is made of.
They are chewy and yet so light and filled with delicious chocolate cream/ peanut butter cream or any other cream with the nice toppings.
