A one man show in the kitchen, this uncle relies on his young son to help him out at the stall while he does his cooking. The need for being hasty can be determined by the number of people in the queue.The presentation of the food does not look much but trust me, it's very very worthwhile. The presentation of the food does not look much but trust me, it's very very worthwhile. Sit back and take sips of it's flavourful soup while indulging on the abalone strips. The sweet soup complements the thickness of it's noodles even though the minced pork's taste is ousted by the soup.
Though the dish looks slightly plain, the taste will definitely not deter you to think about a second bowl.
