Well, that's how I felt the very first time I went to Kenny Rogers.
But trust me, their corn muffins ARE REALLY GOOD!!
There was a period of time where I used to be so obsessed with them that I would buy half a dozen home every few days
Anyway, the corn muffins are served warm.
When you take the first bite, you'll realise that the top part of the muffin is hard but crunchy whereas the inside is soft, fluffy and crumbly.
It can be a little messy to eat at times as the muffin will start falling out due to it's crumbly texture inside.
But it's all worth it!
It's difficult to stop at just one ;)
Definitely a muffin you wouldn't get sick of easily.
