Oyster Omelette is one of my favourite food. Randomly choose this stall and decided to tried their Oyster Omelette. Although it is high in calorie and cholesterol, I don't mind eating once every three to four weeks. Firstly, the mixture of the starch and egg are well balanced, the texture is not too chewy, slight crispyness and well cooked. As for the oyster, it is quite fresh and well processed.
