Mr You Tiao

This is something new to me and my friend. We passed by this shop that evening and noted they were serving you tiao (deep fried dough) as main ingredient. I like you tiao all times. When we were browsing their menu, the cashier was eagerly to introduce their food for us, she spokes really fast till we couldn’t catch what she was saying! Anyway, their menu wasn’t complicated, it was clear to see. She wanted to emphasis to us drinks are complimented but when we placed our order, we have to add $1 for a drink. Forgive and forget, we have 2 you tiao with tuna mayo wrap plus 2 drinks.

When we opened our wraps, it was slightly disappointed as tuna mayo was miserably less than their picture showed. Tuna fish was so little as compare to mayo portion. I could taste the you tiao was deep fried in old oil. Furthermore, it wasn’t fresh and crispy to my taste, it could be left for too long after deep fried. I couldn’t remember the exact price but both of us agreed this would be our last visit to this stall. With the similar prices, we would have much better food at Delifrance or Subway.

Sorry to say that they couldn’t make it!
