Was searching for sambal stingray at this food centre but failed to find any stall selling it. The fish was well marinated and richly flavoured with the assam and the assam sauce in it was a lot.
It was not too spicy, with a tinge of sourness. Love it;D I even dipped some other dishes into the left over assam sauce.
Even though the portion of fish for each portion is a little less, for the nice and delicious assam taste, we will most probably buy it again;D
