I normally order the char siew paus, but since they are out of stock today, I decided to order the char siew pastry instead. I was glad that the paus are out of stock, because I didn't know what I was missing out on! This char siew pastry is really good! The pastry is not too thick and the char siew filling is quite substantial, making every bite full of char siew. The pastry is crumbly and fragrant. I also liked that the char siew is not too dry or fatty.
