As a Blood Type O and craving for korean food, choosing bulgogi beef meat hot plate was something I havent ate in a long time. The place looks really new and good, as I've never been here before!So it looked promising.The portion and placement, also looked promising. The rice on the metal tin was rather give a small portion but the meat was placed in a long hot plate which was fantastic! The rice on the metal tin was rather give a small portion but the meat was placed in a long hot plate which was fantastic! Although it was really well done dry and the meat was very much thinned sliced so it burned up dry rather quick, and without the gochujang sauce (pepper paste or dwaenjang, soy paste) it was rather weak just as the meat. The sweet soy sauce wasn't enough on the hot plate! I finished the rice faster than the meat which shows the good portion, but the only thing they missed out was they didn't have the very Korean sauce ready, they only had soy sauce and ketchups.
