The skin has a light sweetness to it and the way the wonton was wrapped helps retain the sauce on its skin. The sweet and spicy sauce, as the name suggests, is sweet and spicy. However, it isn't too spicy and carries the special taste that's in most of the sauces Mayim makes. The only downside to the appetiser was the amount of oil in the sauce. It was too oily and I had to "drain" it out. Other than the oiliness, it was delicious and worth the money. Would definitely have it again next time I'm craving for wontons!
