The dish to order is always the xiao long baos, but I decide to deviate from the normal for once and get the steamed vegetable and pork dumplings instead. It is very good as well. With the vegetables, the dumpling feels lighter on the palatte as there is a balance of meat and vegetables. Like its xiao long bao, the skin is also very thin which really makes the dumpling so much more delicious. It is great tasting on its own without needing to add any sauce or vinegar.
