Soya bean curd is all the rage at old airport road. I tried out the one from 51 Original Soya Beancurd. The queue is there, though not as long as Lao Ban, I was able to get my beancurd within 10minutes of queuing. The beancurd is very smooth and quite wobbly. There is no sugar syrup, the sweetness is already in the beancurd itself. In terms of taste, it is not very sweet. I love how easily it glides down my throat and in no time, I had really finished the whole bowl. Now I know why people buy so many at one go, because one is really not enough.
