Mayim Chinese Cuisine

went down to mayim for lunch cause my friend want to eat there. i think the place is quite similar to crystal jade but the variety of food was quite different. i ordered the you tiao chee chong fun (炸两) to try since this dish is very rare in singapore. i think the taste was not too bad, quite comparable to what i ate in hong kong. but i felt the you tiao was slightly over fried so it was a little big too hard but on the whole, the dish was still not bad
