1. Not informed of the change of prices though there was prior communication. I had to fork out more on the spot of collection.2. Emails seem to be monitored but not taken into account. I had to call up 3 times for me to confirm my order.3. Red velvet tastes decent. Flavour is there, good texture. Cranberries can be tasted in the cake, also, the cake is not that creamy.I'd rather go to a store that I could trust more, or at least, places my orders with my assurance rather than to worry if I coul

I'd rather go to a store that I could trust more, or at least, places my orders with my assurance rather than to worry if I could get a cake on the day or not. Of course, more transparency on the pricing as well. Good luck
