Order yong tau foo soup for lunch at Yew Tee square. WE have to choose a minimum of 7 pieces excluding rice or noodles. I chose 7 pieces as required and added bee hoon. It cost me $4 bucks. There are not many varieties of ingredients to choose from. I chose mainly beancurd, fish balls, green vegetable, boiled egg, seaweed fish cake thats all. The soup has a strong fragrance of soy bean and tasted sweet. Other than the soup, the rest just looks normal to me.
