The 三水姜茸鸡, being a signature dish, was extremely popular as it was seen on almost every table. The poached chicken wasn't exactly mind-blowing on its own but coupled with the robust and savory ginger paste, it was absolutely divine. The fresh lettuce provided for wrapping added a nice crunch though we found the chicken went really well with plain rice too.
We ordered 阿婆蕃薯叶 for some dietary fibre. Even though the sweet potato leaves were just simply stir-fried, they were delectably soft and flavorful being doused in a sauce that was savory with a hint of sweetness.
Needless to say, the meal was pleasant and thoroughly satisfying with a prompt service to boot.
