Strawberry Short Cake and bread@four Leaves
2012-04-14Happened to pass by the Four Leaves branch at Bugis Junction early in the morning. I quickly grabbed a petite ham and cheese croissant as breakfast.
That croissant was very different from the usual I had from four leaves. Being fresh and hot from oven, it was super crispy and buttery when I ate it. After this, we had been trying to get their croissant early in the morning so as to eat it while fresh and crispy.
Their Strawberry Shortcake was very nice. The cream was so light that you won't feel guilty eating it. There are also generous portion of strawberry in the cake. With the jelly coating, the strawberry on top of the cake seems to shimmer
