Have been eating packed garlic fried rice from Koufu at Anchorpoint. Only realised today that it was actually packed from a Japanese stall, Osaka Cuisine.The garlic fried rice was quite fragrant and nicely fried. Usually we will add a fried egg to the fried rice. The fried egg is half-cooked and we like how the thick fluid egg yolk blend with the nice fried rice. Taste of this garlic fried rice was mild or subtle. Couldn't appreciate it initially as I prefer my food to be stronger in taste.

The garlic fried rice was quite fragrant and nicely fried. Usually we will add a fried egg to the fried rice. The fried egg is half-cooked and we like how the thick fluid egg yolk blend with the nice fried rice.

Taste of this garlic fried rice was mild or subtle. Couldn't appreciate it initially as I prefer my food to be stronger in taste. But you will like it if you can slowly savour it.
