The hokkaido cake is very soft,it is soft as cheese cake,just not that moist. It taste nice,because it is not very sweet,and yet very soft. It melt easily when i put in our mouth.There are 3 flavour, walnut,pandan and original one I like the original one. It taste nice.And there are also some cream inside,so make the cake smooth and soft.
