Ipoh Hor Fun.Sliced Fish Bee Hoon

Recently I had been going to Tiong Bahru for my lunch and I had the chance to try out numerous stalls. With so many different stalls there, it is certainly like a food adventure, trying out different stalls each day. Today, I tried the shredded chicken hor fun from this stall. For a $2.50 portion, it was really generous with prawns given as well, in addition to the shredded chicken, braised dark chinese mushrooms and vegetables. The hor fun is very nicely cooked, with each horfun being distinct and separate instead of clumping together. I like to eat it together with the white vinegar green chilli to balance the taste of the gravy. As for the ingredients, the prawns are very fresh, and the braised mushrooms are very flavourful. Overall, a great dish!
