I love the fish and chip at manhattan fish market. The fish are always so fresh and tender, even though it is fried. The skin is crispy but not oily, yet it is able to retain the freshness and tenderness of the fish. It is quite big piece too. Their fries are nice too, not too oily, and their chesse is quite special. Not that time of thick cheese that you find anywhere, i believe their cheese is special formulated.
