Great little Deli
2012-05-22I used to grab take-away pizza and roasted veggies from their deli selection before they increased the number of dine-in seating. Now there are more tables, although rather cramped together, but I'm glad to say, the food has still maintained their great taste and freshness. Must try their pizzas - nice small servings that allow sharing and trying of different flavours..
Decided to have dinner there - waitors were friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly... initiative.
We shared the Smoked Salmon Salad, Stuffed eggplant and Napoletana pizza... very yummy. The anchovies on the pizza were nice and salty, although I still prefer the deli's mushroom pizza. Stuffed eggplant not too heavy and the salad came with a generous serving of Salmon, but could have done with a bit more asparagus. Loved the crispy bread slice that came with the salad though.. Much nicer than soft/limp croutons!
All in all, a very good experience, and this little hide-out at Railway Mall is still dependable for great service and good food.
