Dim Sum
2012-05-30I met up with my ex colleague Cloud for dinner! She had no qualms on choice of dinner so i propose to have dinner at Din Tai Fung! As usual the crowd's long and you have to take a queue number 
But the good thing is that you can pen down your choices first while waiting to save time. Anyway that night we got a seat before penning anything so its still quite fast 
Both of us decide to have the xiao long bao to share and the prawn fried rice that i highly recommend to cloud 
So far i think thats the best fried rice i had though a little pricey. The prawns were fresh and the egg was fried flavor-fully into the rice so that its very fragrant! And i love that the chef or assistant would serve the xiao long bao fresh from the long onto your table! Just biting into one and having the soup flow out is heaven 
Pair with some ginger slice and its even better with some spiciness
