kway teow bee hoon
Smile 2012-06-13
i did not feel like eating any meat so I dao bao the vegetarian food from the vegetarian stall. For my staple food, I got myself the kway teow and bee hoon. The kway teow was fried in black sauce, it was very chewy. the bee hoon was very smooth and soft, a contrast in texture as compared to the chewy kway teow. For the ingredients, I got myself, curry vegetables, zhai er and vegetarian char siew. The char siew is sweetish, very nice and chewy. the curry vegetables was not too spicy but the curry gravy when mixed with the bee hoon is really delicious. The zhai er is very crispy, yet another different texture to the dish.
