Crystal Jade My Bread

If you like to eat at a Hong kong eatery or restaurant, you will love Hong Kong pastries too. At least it is for me. The lao po bing that crystal jade my bread sells is really nice and delicious. The outer layer of the lao po bing is very flaky and one bite you can see the different layers of the pastry. As for the inner fillings of winter melon paste, it was sweet. So when you take a bit of the lao po bing, the sweetness will be balanced out and it was real delicious. Go with a light chinese tea and it will perfect.
