Good food but expensive
2010-12-30Shin Yeh at Liang Court serves very good taiwanese dishes but personally I find it quite expensive. It was a treat from a friend so we were okay when he suggested shin yeh. I like the interior decor as it was so grand.
We had the sweet potato porridge with some dishes such as the Pan fried Pig's Liver with Coranidar. I am really impressed with this dish because the pig liver was not overcooked, it was so nice and soft that it seemed to melt in your mouth. The sauce that coated the liver has a very good aroma and taste. The other food items we had like the fried oyster, bamboo shoots were all very nice. Good food and good environment.
