2012-07-10Went for dinner at the equinox restaurant for the first time, the view was breath-taking! it was one of the most beautiful night view i've seen in my life.
Tried their signature Classic Lobster Bisque, Fennel with Dill and Linguine Ribbons, it is definitely a must try! the earl grey ice cream dessert was very unique, finished it all even though i would have preferred something more chocolaty.
I found out about the restaurant while serving on a website called changi recommends, they have deals for all the cafes and restaurants under swissotel. loved it!!!
