Chai Ho Satay & Dried Pork

This popular stall at Clementi always spotted with a long queue. The stall not only steals satay but also barbeque meat. The marinated satay meat has a tad of sweetness to it which is delightful to the palate. The satay is nicely barbeque to a slight char and comes with a nice smokey aroma. The meat skewer also has a nice layers of fats giving it a nice texture. Paired with the nice and savoury peanut sauce, the satay is probably the best you can get.
