Went to the Soup restaurant at Changi Airport Terminal 2 for a family dinner.Best to make a reservation before hand, which I did. One of my favourite dish in this restaurant is their Samsui Ginger chicken. It is steamed and it comes with lots of ginger as a sauce. You can pour the sauce into the chicken. It tastes great and makes the chicken smells very fragrant.
Do try out their fried fish strips. It comes with mayonnaise and its fried till very crispy.
I like their sweet & sour pork as well. The meat are quite lean and the seasoning is just right.
A great place for family dinner.
