Thai & Viet Cuisine - Koufu

This is nice.I like it.
The concentrated taste of coconut milk with the curry,and the ingredient inside is nice too.
I like the eggplant,because eggplan absorb most of the green curry,when i bite on it,it is full of green curry.
But this time,the ingredients inside is quite few.Almost the whole bowl is just the soup.

But nevermind, i like to pour the soup on my rice.
It taste really nice.But it is quite oily as can see from the photo.
