This is my all time favourite ban mian stall. Firstly, the noodle is soft and well-cooked. And the soup is clear, unlike some other stalls where the minced meat causes the soup to be quite messy. Most importantly, the soup is very tasty. They cook the noodles right in front of you so you can ask for more vegetables or less meat! They cook the noodles right in front of you so you can ask for more vegetables or less meat! If you do not want your soup to be too oily, ask for less ikan bilis and shallots.
For a takeaway, you can ask to separate your noodles and soup so that the noodles will not turn soggy later on.
It's reasonably priced at $4 for a meal in air-conditioned comfort. 10% discount if you use a BANQUET discount card.
