Ee fu noodles with scallop
2012-07-30Love this version of ee fu noodles at Peach garden. The ee fu noodles is the usual smooth and chewy in texture and is full of the fragrant from the nice thick gravy used in it. the added scallops have also made the noodles really sweet and fragrant too. I just do not really like that they have used too much garlic to cook this dish which the garlic taste almost over ride the fragrant from the sauce. Still, is not too at all.
