I ordered a bowl of ramen as I wanted to try out its special soup base. It was mentioned that they used burnt garlicwhich tasted really flavourful and I can't helped but to finish up all the soup. My friend ordered teriyaki chicken with rice. It was served with this unique 'woody looking bowl' with the cap on. When lifted the cap off, the fragrance was released and lingered around our noses. It was not overly sweet by the sauce and the squid was fresh and chewy. We also shared 2 sticks of salmon belly with a squeeze of lemon juice. Same as the rest of the other dishes, it was flavourful and fragrant from the barbecuing. The tender flesh really made us craved for more.
