My friend and I both had the lunch set which includes a drink and the soup of the day. The menu was rather interesting as it was designed like a newspaper. (Like an article!) I loved the minestrone soup although the tomato taste was kind of subtle. It has plenty of chunky and soft-till-melt-in mouth ingredients in it. My friend's main course was the fish and chips. The fries were evenly flavoured and tasted like potato chips. The slice of thinly battered fish was crispy on the outside and really tender inside. The serving size was really generous too! As for me, I had 3 different types sausages together with mashed potato. The creamy sauce was rather lacking and it nicely formed a pool on the potato itself. As for the 3 dogs, they had slightly crunchy skin and juicy meat! I kept eating them in alternating sequence to constantly have different taste in my mouth.
