Among the entire selection of the buffet spread, my favourite was actually this simple yet yummy tofu dish. My friendsand I all agreed that this was indeed rather innovative as well as tasty. The tofu were infused with the essence of corn(savoury) and matcha (bitter) which we all enjoyed. They have the texture of cheese (cheesy feel) and I actually took 3servings of each! We also felt that if these tofu were placed at the dessert section, no one would suspect a thing as theywere like pudding! Ho

servings of each! We also felt that if these tofu were placed at the dessert section, no one would suspect a thing as they
were like pudding!
How could a Japanese buffet be without sashimi? Sadly only salmon sashimis were available. I was a little crazy that day
and added more wasabi than usual. I also tried all the desserts and mostly had green tea in them.
