Brought a plate of the fried oyster as there were several customer queuing for this stall. The oyster used is quite fresh, large and juicy. As for the starch mixture, not too much of the is added and is well mixed with the egg mixture. The starch and egg mixture is well combined and seasoned, not too salty. Some part of the mixture has a crispy texture, and also has a slight burned on some of the egg. Portion wise is a bit less than expected.
