Awesome char siew pao!

Being in Chinatown always puts me in the mood for dim sum! This stall at the Chinatown Complex had a long queue, so I figured it had to be good.For $2 I got 3 large char siew pao. They were SOOO much better than your average coffee shop pao. The outside was light and fluffy, not at all dense and gummy. The char siew inside was really flavourful - the perfect balance of spice and sweet. I also liked the accompanying chili sauce to dip the, in.I'll definitely buy dim sum from here again - lots
