This is the best handmade noodles i have had before. The auntie is super friendly when she is not busy and will chat with you while preparing the noodles. And unlike those from the factory that are already in the shape of noodles, she only take out a small dough and have to flatten and cut it with the cutter. It's quite fun to watch while she prepares. It taste different from the rest of those that i found in other hawker centers. I always have ban-mian, and the noodles are more chewy, and will not have the soggy halfway through the meal. The side ingredients, like the pork and vegetables are not a lot, and standard with a egg, but the soup made up for everything lacking, and not to mention the large serving of noodles.
