Went to get myself a plate of good chicken murtabak for supper after my regular jamming sessions.I was very pleased with the quality of murtabak this stall whips up. The dough is spread large, thick the inner skin is soft and chewy while the outer skin is crispy. The egg is spread out evenly across the murtabak, unlike some stalls which have the eggs concentrated on the center. The chicken meat is well-spiced and full of flavor.
