Went to get a plate of Nasi Ayam Penyet for lunch at Lucky Plaza.The rice is flavourful, tasty, a perfect balance between ginger and chicken stock. The chicken is smashed at the right places, soft, well-seasoned, only slightly too oily for my liking. The main highlight of this dish would be the sambal. It is spicy, tangy, sweet with a hint of lime. Me, being a spicy food lover, would take a full scoop of chilli and stir it around my chicken. If you cannot take spicy food though, please do not im
