I love the triangular shaped pancakes from Jollibean. This pancake is quite a regular staple for us during weekends when we are not too hungry for lunch after our brunch. The serving size is just right to fill me up and I love the chewiness of the pancake. The pancake itself is not sweet because the fillings are sweetened substantially and I like it this way because it can get rather numbing if it is overly sweet.
