The whole fish was grilled with a slightly burnt look until crispy and topped with the Indonesian Sweet Sauce "Kecap Manis". It was very tasty and comes served with white rice. The fish is enough for 2 person to eat. I like the sauce eaten with the rice.

Madura Chicken Satay is name after a place in Indonesia. It uses chicken illfet and marinated with dark sweet sauce and in a bamboo skewer. It is grilled and yet still tender. Their does not have any fats or skin. Different from the local satay taste as it is sweeter and not using other spices. It is also served with peanut sauce. they serve 4 chunky chicken sticks for $4.90 with rice cake. You can opt for rice if you wish. Addition stick cost $1.50 each.

For a different type of satay, you can try this version.
