I'm not usually a fan of Chili sauce or XO sauce but the order was a perfect compliment to the side dishes that we ordered or just eating plainly with the porridge. If you have a sensitive stomach or are questioning the usage of tap water while eating, remember to drink a can of coke! It will help you with diarrhea. The fish was served cold but the meat was juicy and naturally sweet. You have to be careful of the bones but it's definitely worth the effort. The fish is also quite rich in its fish oils so it was really delicious.
