I'm not a big fan of food republic but this particular fried oyster omelette had me visited twice. I wouldn't say they have the freshest oyster, but the egg was fried till the utmost crispiness. It is not the traditional kind of oyster omelette you would find in the hawkers, but the crusty egg is something you have to try if you're craving for something crispy. On the side note, sometimes the omelette could be a little too salty. I would suggest you tell the uncle to fry it with lesser salt, much healthier that way too.

It's hard to find a place during lunch hours, I would suggest that you visit at a non peak hour. Worth trying!
