I was pleasantly surprised to see this on the menu in a food court. There was a rather long queue when I visited, and I saw many people ordering this Peking Duck. This dish is commonly seen in luxurious chinese restaurants. So here comes the fun of wrapping the dish on your own! I love mine wrapped meticulously with 1 piece of ingredient each and a dollop of sauce, and then I put the whole thing in my mouth. Tasty with crispy duck skin. Enjoyable!
