aircon is not cooling enough

Visited this long john for 2 time and i encounter the same problem. The air con in this long john is not cooling enough as i'm eating and i'm also sweating. Other than this problem i also encounter them serving me cold fries that is no longer crispy, but the staff is very friendly and i told them about this cold fries and they make a change and serve me a new hot fries to my table without me standing to wait at the counter..Service is good but i think there's much more room for improvement for t
