The cake comprises of many layers which i know takes a lot of time and effort for the chef to accomplish it. The layers of chocolate ganache, seasalt caramel cream, nuts and sponge compliment each other perfectly. It was served with hot chocolate fudge and peanuts bits. The most special thing about it is the popping candy they sprinkled on top of the cake. The candy was 'jumping' non-stop when i place them in my mouth. It was a real fun experience though too much of it gets rather irritating.

I truly love this dessert and recommend everyone to try it at least once!
