Huber's Deli was definitely one of the hottest stall at Pasarbella with a long queue! Why so? Because food was cooked right in front of you (means its hot and fresh!) and the sausages fresh.. and best of all, the bread is real bread! What do i mean.. my bf, being french, feels that the 'bread' here in singapore is often too soft because he is used to the baguette in France. Huber's Deli was definitely one of the hottest stall at Pasarbella with a long queue! Why so? Because food was cooked right in front of you (means its hot and fresh!) and the sausages fresh.. and best of all, the bread is real bread! What do i mean.. my bf, being french, feels that the 'bread' here in singapore is often too soft because he is used to the baguette in France. I would say that the kind of bread Huber's serves has more bite and much more like the baguette kind of bread. We tried the spicy pork sausage and the chicken one. I much prefer chicken because it was less oily, and loved the caramelised onion on it! everything was put together very well, especially with the mustard. for the spicy pork sausage, they used sauerkraut to balance out the oiliness and had some bits of bacon on it. It was alright but probably someone who prefers the meat taste would like this more than the chicken. Would definitely eat this again!
