D'Good cafe is near Holland Village MRT, making this a really accessible place for patrons. All you have to do is follow the line of shophouses to the right of Wendy's before you come to this lovely cafe. The ambience is nice & warm -the three storeys give it a homey feel even though it would seem segmented.

English Breakfast
The English breakfast is decent -nothing spectacular. The mushrooms were well seasoned but I felt that the eggs weren't seasoned enough. The bacon would be better if it were more crispy. The toast was good though!

Eggs Benedict
This dish was good. It had an interesting taste as the sauce was more lemony than I expected. It would be nice if the dish had mushrooms as a side. It would have been a perfect complementary feature. Salad was nothing to shout about but decent.

Aglio Olio
The prawns were very well seasoned and it tasted super awesome! The spaghetti could have been slightly saltier though (I like my food more heavily seasoned). Other than that, the texture was great and the taste was ok.

Curry Rice
I didn't really like the curry rice because I felt like it wasn't flavoursome enough. The sauce tasted quite homemade and its not really something I would pay for. Then again, it's a western cafe so I wouldnt expect much from their Japanese food.

Maple & Sea Salt Cake
I love this cake. It's very interesting with a taste similar to salted caramel. You would expect any regular cheese cake to be overly sweet, but in this case, the saltiness goes well with the sweetness of the cake. Definitely will come back to eat this again!

Triplet Cheesecake
Tastes really good, especially for the first few mouthfuls before it becomes cloyingly sick. The base/crust tastes really nice, it didn't crumble too easily and provided nice texture to the layers. I surprisingly liked the macaroon, maybe 'cos it wasn't too sweet. The mousse texture of the chocolate layer also impressed me. Very nice!

I would also try out the custom blend coffee even though I'm not a coffee connoisseur. This particular service that they offered piqued my interest in learning more about the style of coffee that I actually liked drinking instead of just blindly ordering whatever was on the menu. For just $12 I can customise my own coffee and have it again the next time I go back. A must try!
