If not for the pig trotters, I don't think I will be back to this Bak Kut Teh shop so fast. Since the place open till quite late even during a weekday night, we have no choice but to head over for supper (since my friend is craving for something soupy). I ordered a pig trotter all to myself and thankfully the taste reminds as the last time I visited. The 'fats' (full of collagen) basically melts in your mouth and doesn't have the "foul smell". I ordered a pig trotter all to myself and thankfully the taste reminds as the last time I visited. The 'fats' (full of collagen) basically melts in your mouth and doesn't have the "foul smell". The lean meat is tender and not tough to chew. The black vinegar gravy goes very well with the rice definitely.
