Chu dao is one of the relatively new food place offering chinese cuisine in the joo chiat area. They have a wide variety of dishes to choose from. I ordered the Three Kinds of Vegetables in Wok-fried X.O. Chilli Sauce - loved the x.o. chilli sauce, but they could do more with it as too little was given. I also had the Homemade Egg Beancurd with Shrimp paste, crabmeat and roe - this dish is my favourite, the beancurd was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and the gravy had real crab me

I also had the Homemade Egg Beancurd with Shrimp paste, crabmeat and roe - this dish is my favourite, the beancurd was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and the gravy had real crab meat and roe, and was very flavourful.
